We’ve partnered with Q5 Partners - a global management consultancy - to provide internship opportunities for both university students AND Graduates!
Q5 Partners specialise in organisational health, Strategy, and Transformation and Change and were awarded best global management consultancy by Forbes in 2024. They work across all industries, ranging from Financial Services, Media, Technology and more with clients including BP, BT, News Corp, House of Commons, NHS, BBC, World Rugby and Lloyds.
and NO you don’t:
need 3 years of experience as a graduate (My first rule as a dictator is to ban these requirements)
Prior experience in consulting (They want smart, hungry people)
But what they are looking for is:
Analytical skills and ability to build relationships
Proactive individuals who are adaptable and can work under pressure
Passionate about solving business and organisational problems
There are different internship steams for students and graduates which you can apply for:
Summer Internship: For second-year or penultimate-year university students
Graduate internship: For final-year students and recent graduates (read up to 2-3 years post-university)
The deadline for the summer internship is 28th February, so we encourage you to apply as soon as!
